Approved Pre Plat

In November 2011, the City of Blaine approved the Grandis Pond PUD and Preliminary Plat. This approval is valid until November 2016 and is permitted a two year extension period. The PUD is divided into five development areas comprising seventeen neighborhoods. The Preliminary Plat approval covers the Development of Area One.

Specifically, Development One includes:

• 127 acres total area
• 403 single-family lots
• 6000 square feet average lot size
• 21080 acres dedicated to open space
• 27 acres of wildlife corridors
